An Eye For The Details

The small things you spent months choosing.

The rings, the flowers, the paper, the little objects that carry the whole story. Paola's years in fashion mean she is intentional about every one of them.

How We Work Together

It's your day. You lead, I follow.

Some couples arrive knowing exactly what they want. Others have no idea where to start, and that is exactly where she comes in. Either way, you are not booking Paola's taste. You are booking her eye, her care, and her help shaping a day that feels like you.

1
Tell me everything

It starts with a real conversation. Get me on the phone and walk me through your day, your plan, the little details that matter to you. I want all of it.

2
Your vision, my guidance

Whether you have planned every detail or you are staring at a blank page, I help you find it. The direction is always yours, and I am here to shape it with you.

3
Crafted to you

Every image is edited by hand to the mood and the light of your own day. Nothing is run through a one-size preset.

4
Be fully present

On the day, I become the calm hand guiding everything and hunting the light, so you can forget the camera and just live it.

“There is something about a couple declaring their love out loud. It gives me goosebumps every time. I cry at most of the weddings I shoot. When they exchange their promises, love is just everywhere.”

Paola Ohlson
What Sets Her Apart

It was never about the hours. It is about what she sees.

Anyone can stand at a wedding and press a button. What she brings is instinct: knowing where to stand, what is about to happen, and how to make you forget the camera is even there, sharpened at every wedding since her very first, back in 2008.

“People are relying on me to capture moments they'll never be able to relive. That responsibility is exactly why I care so much.”

It's the reason her couples don't just book a wedding photographer. The story often begins long before the wedding, with the proposal and the engagement, and it keeps going long after: the maternity photos, the first baby, the kids growing up, the graduations and the quinceañeras. The wedding is simply one chapter she gets to tell.

Good To Know

Questions couples ask.

How many photos will we receive?

Paola shoots thousands of frames at your wedding, hunting for the best light and moments, then hand-selects and fully edits the very best into your private gallery. As a guide, that's roughly 400+ images for a four-hour celebration, 600+ for six hours, and 900+ or well beyond for a full eight-hour day, every one beautifully finished. She delivers well over a hundred images an hour and has a gentle habit of over-delivering.

Do we get a second photographer?

A second photographer can be added to any collection for $500. It's worth it when your guest count passes about 75, or when you and your partner are getting ready in separate places, so both the vows and the tears in the front row are caught at the same time.

Do you travel for weddings?

Always. Beyond St. Augustine and Palm Coast, Paola has photographed weddings in Colombia, Puerto Rico, and across the country. Destination collections are custom, so reach out with your location and dates.

When do we get our photos?

You'll have a sneak peek within 72 hours, with your full gallery, print rights included, delivered in four to six weeks. The Full Day includes priority delivery.

Can we order albums and prints?

Yes. Your gallery is connected to a professional print shop for heirloom-quality prints, and custom albums are available so your day lives in your hands, not just on a screen.

How do we hold our date?

Dates book on a signed agreement and a retainer. Once your date is reserved, it's yours. Use "Check Your Date" and Paola will be in touch personally.

She Hunts For The Light

The magic isn't luck. It's her looking for it.

“I hunt for light. I hunt for those moments to create something else. I leave for a wedding with an idea, but we do not know what it will be until we get there and see what the light is doing.”

So the photographs you will treasure most are often the ones that did not exist until she made them.
