Why Timelines Are Important

Having a wedding planner and/or day coordinator for your wedding is how to enjoy your wedding day the most. They will take care of times, locations, vendors, and instructions for everyone while you go with the flow.

A timeline is a huge tool for the success of your wedding day!

Some couples forgo the timeline, and we want to explain why that is an unnecessary gamble. A timeline is an extremely helpful tool that will solve a lot of small problems from ever occurring. Your wedding day will be busy, and it will move quickly; you want to give yourself as much time to enjoy it as you can.

Being pestered by small questions/problems will limit that time. So without further adieu, here are some of the most important considerations about why we think a timeline is worth it.

It helps your vendors.

Different vendors are going to be coming and setting up at different times. If you don't have a wedding coordinator, they will be looking to you for direction. Including the vendors in the timeline lets them know what time they are expected and saves you the hassle of answering those questions on your big day.

Peace of mind Taking UPGRADES the time to build the timeline allows you to lay out how your wedding day's details will be incorporated. Instead of rushing around while trying to experience your day, you can make sure there is time for everything you want.

Friends and family know where they need to be and when Your friends and family will have questions that need to be answered, such as what time do I need to be at the salon, when are we getting to the venue, etc. Having a timeline to refer them to saves you the hassles of answering the same questions over and over again.

Uses your time well A timeline allows you to allot time to be with your photographer so we can capture all those beautiful moments we set out for. Having the timeline saves you interruptions and lets people know where you are when you might not be available to them. You're going to want about 2 hours before the ceremony to get all the pictures taken care of. This way, there is no need to be stealing you away for extended periods from friends and family who are trying to congratulate you.

As you can see, there are many reasons to build out a timeline. We appreciate you taking the time to consider why it might be in your best interest to do so.
