Documentary wedding photography in St. Augustine, where cobblestone streets, Gilded Age towers, and soft Florida light turn a whole city into your backdrop.

Joey & Valerie · St. Augustine
St. Augustine draws couples from across the country and beyond, and it is easy to see why. Four hundred years of Spanish coquina, red-roofed towers, brick lanes under live oaks, and water on every side. It is one of the most beautiful places in the South to say I do.
I have photographed this city for years. I know where the light falls at golden hour, which corners stay quiet, how the tides and the heat and the afternoon rain tend to move, and how to guide a couple planning from another state. You focus on the day. I handle the map.
A good number of my couples book St. Augustine from another state, or another country. I plan the whole day with you from afar: a video call to talk it through, guidance on the best spots and the right light, a realistic timeline, and a quiet backup plan for Florida heat and the afternoon rain. And because I'm fluent in Spanish, I can speak directly with your parents and grandparents, so no one in the family is left out of the moment.
A wedding in St. Augustine is not just a date on a calendar. It is a few days in a city that feels like it was built for exactly this.
Maggie & Aaron · St. Augustine
A good share of my St. Augustine couples arrive first to propose or to photograph their engagement, at Flagler College, by the Lightner, at the Bridge of Lions, and fall for the city on the way. Months later, they come back to marry here. If that is where you are, start with a session and let the story build.
Tell me about your day and the places you love in the city. If your date is open, I'll be in touch personally.
