A classy, traditional, and fun wedding in Daytona Beach, full of family and heart.
We met first at their engagement session, then moved through three locations on the wedding day: getting ready at her parents' house, the ceremony at the church, and the reception at The Shores by the beach.
The spiritual ceremony was led by family and translated from Spanish to English by a close friend. Jorge and his family are from Peru, and his mom even made alfajores for the day.
Being there for multicultural couples is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. The whole vendor team was bilingual, and golden-hour and black-and-white documentary portraits became some of my favorites from the day.
