This page explains, in plain words, what my website collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, just ask me.

When you fill out the inquiry form or book a time with me, I receive what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, your date and venue, and anything you tell me about your day. The form and the scheduler run on Dubsado, the system I use to manage my clients, so your answers are stored there.
If you leave me a voice note from my website or my digital card, I receive your name, your email and the recording. These come to me through Netlify, the company that hosts my website.
I use Google Analytics to understand how people find my site and which pages help them. It records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device you use, your general area and how you arrived. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell me who you are.
I use it to answer you, plan your session or your wedding day, send your agreement and your gallery, and keep in touch about your booking. The visit information helps me make the website better.
Never sold, ever. It is only shared with the services that run my business, named on this page, and only so they can do that job. I would also share it if the law required me to.
As long as I need it to serve you and to keep my business records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Yes. Email me at info@ohlsonphotography.com and I will take care of it personally.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s free opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website works the same either way.
My website is meant for adults. For family sessions, a parent or guardian books and shares the details. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If anything changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
